Here are several ways you can access my knowledge and experience. I have arranged these in order, from those requiring the least investment to those that require the most.
- Read my blog posts. I have several posts that are the building blocks of freedom from sex addiction. You can look through my posts here or you can follow my posts on Quora where I have answered lots of questions related to sex addiction.
- Download my free guide to Take Control of Your Browser. This will sign you up for email updates from me and give you a good tool for minimizing the image triggers in your web browser.
- Contact Me via email and we will talk about your situation. I offer a free call (at least in the US) to discuss your options. I am open to connecting in other ways like Google Hangout, Zoom, or just through email.
- Purchase "The Basics of Rebuilding Trust" video series. If you have lied to your spouse / significant other and need to start rebuilding the relationship this is the best place to get started.
- Group Mentoring. This is a great opportunity to engage with other men dealing with the same issue in the privacy of your own home or office. - Deep Dive Groups. Most men need a networks of support for their recovery to be effective. However, they don't have a good place to build the network. Deep dive groups are six men getting to know one another in a safe environment where vulnerability is the norm. I give focused mentoring and guide each discussion in this weekly meeting. - One-On-One Mentoring. This is the most effective service I offer. One-On-One mentoring has a success rate of more than 50% (ten times higher than traditional recovery methods). In this program, you will speak with me directly each week over the phone or through Zoom. You will fill out a weekly Check-In Form to tell me how you are doing.
